Project gating items were processor board and firmware development. Managed design team of 6 people working 60+ hours per week for 6 weeks. Supply chain management was crucial in this success. The surprise problem was static electricity build up that would cause tickets (moving paper) to stick and not dispense. Grounding and static wipes solved this problem with final static reduction components catching up on first few deliveries.
